Mandate/Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policies for Luxarc Business Elevate Program Partners
About the Program:
Luxarc Design Hub provides homeowners with a comprehensive solution for accessing home design and renovation services. Our platform simplifies the process of discovering and connecting with a diverse array of home renovation professionals. Users can select from a curated list of services and professionals available on our platform. Additionally, we manage payment processing on behalf of the professionals for the services provided.
Mandate/Subscription Terms:
Partners agree to a minimum subscription term of 3 months upon signing up for the Luxarc Business Elevate Program.
Cancellation Period:
Partners may cancel their subscription to the program within 5 days of the first payment date without incurring any penalties.
After the initial 5-day period, partners may cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for subscription fees will only be issued for cancellations made within the initial 5-day period.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the initial 5-day period, but partners will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles once the cancellation takes effect.
Process for Cancellation:
Partners must submit a cancellation request in writing via email to sales@luxarc.in or through the designated communication channel provided by Luxarc. The request must include the partner's name, contact information, and subscription details.
Upon receiving a cancellation request, Luxarc will confirm the cancellation and provide confirmation to the partner.
Timing of Refund:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 30 business days of acknowledgment of receiving the cancellation request. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the payment method used by the partner.
No Partial Refunds:
Luxarc does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription term. The subscription fee is non-refundable for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Special Circumstances:
Luxarc reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund and cancellation policy in cases of documented special circumstances. Partners experiencing extenuating circumstances should contact Luxarc's customer support team to discuss their situation and request assistance.
This Mandate/Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change at the discretion of Luxarc. Any updates or revisions to the policy will be communicated to partners in a timely manner. By subscribing to the Luxarc Business Elevate Program, partners agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
