Refund policy
Luxarc Return and Refund Policy:
- No Returns After Shipping: Once your order has been processed and shipped by the manufacturer, it cannot be returned.
- Clarifications: If you have any questions or need clarifications about your order, please contact our sales team at sales@luxarc.in
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement by emailing our support team at support@luxarc.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Replacements and Refunds: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. For COD orders, we will arrange an alternate refund method. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Manufacturer Warranty: For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to address any complaints or issues.
